This page tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.aabeautylondon.com (“our site”). Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.


INFORMATION ABOUT US

www.aabeautylondon.com is a site operated by AA BEAUTY Ltd (“We“). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11494163 and have our registered office at 19 Clockhouse Lane, Ashford, Surrey, TW15 2EP. We are a limited company.


BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

For treatments held at the salon (lashes, skincare, permanent makeup), we require all bookings to be made via the booking link in our website. A 20% deposit payment will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment which is redeemable against your treatment.


If you need to cancel your appointment at the salon, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit payment. If you cancel, outside of the 48 hours, please contact us and we can arrange for your deposit to be refunded back to you, otherwise you can rearrange your appointment for another time.


For any no show appointments, where you have not contacted us for a suitable reason that you cannot attend you appointment that day, your card will be charged 100% of the treatment price.


To book makeup services (including bridal makeup services), please contact us by using the forms provided.


We offer house visits for makeup services only and to confirm your booking we require a 30% deposit in which an invoice will be sent to you or a payment link via iZettle. The remainder of the payment must be paid on or before the date of your makeup booking.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your makeup booking, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice and your deposit will be returned to you. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.


Upon booking us for your wedding day, we require a 30% deposit to secure the date. An invoice will be sent to you for the remainder of your booking 1 week before your wedding. Payment must be made before your wedding day.


Should you wish to cancel your wedding booking, cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks prior to receive a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellation made outside of the time frame will result in forfeiture of your deposit.


We do understand that changes to people’s schedule can happen very last minute and we can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.


TRAVEL CHARGES

For makeup bookings outside of London/abroad, additional charges are required:


Travel charge of 45p per mile if driving or return train/plane tickets + transfers

Accommodation for any overnight stays


GIFT CARDS

All gift cards are valid for 6 months only and are non-refundable.


VALUABLES

Always ensure that you retrieve all your valuables from the treatment room before leaving the premises. We cannot be held responsible for lost items.
